How are a arbitration held out in the Peruvian Cibertribunal?

Once the arbitration petition is submitted, the Peruvian Cibertribunal will act as a Arbitration Court. Communication between the members of the Peruvian Cibertribunal will take place through electronic mail. The arbitration hearings take place by Chat, Video Conference, IP Telephone or any other technological mode that may appear in the future.

Encryption systems will be used in order to assure confidentiality in the communications. If only one of the parts submits the arbitration petition, a brief summary of the petition will appear at the Peruvian Cibertribunal's Website in order to encourage the other party to appear at the hearing.

Once the arbitration is finished, a summary without indicating the names of the parties will appear in the Peruvian Cibertribunal's Web Page with the only purpose of creating a precedent to the case.
