All those related to electronic commerce, electronic agreements, computer agreements, intellectual ownership, industrial ownership, copyrights, conflicts between names of domain and unlawful competition within the net, work at home, publicity and marketing on the Internet, consumers protection, protection of the intimacy, civil responsibility and in general all those matters that can be subject to conciliation and arbitration.

This means, all those subjects related to information technologies by the use of nets and new technologies in which, where the parties request the intervention of the Peruvian Cibertribunal for a Conciliation or an Arbitration.
